Official rules
How POWER HUNT drops work, who can take part, and how we keep it safe. These terms are configurable for each market and must be reviewed by counsel before launch.
Eligibility
Open to people aged 18 or older, where permitted by law. Void where prohibited.
No purchase necessary. Holding or buying the token is never required to browse, hunt or claim. A free wallet signature is used only to identify you.
Claims
- You can unlock a drop only when your device reports a position within 200 meters of its placement, with accuracy of 80 meters or better.
- Unlocking reserves the pack for 3 hours and issues a one-time collection code. One reservation per person at a time.
- A pack is yours once the pickup partner verifies your code and hands it over. Unclaimed reservations return to play.
- Spoofed locations, multiple accounts or interfering with other collectors void a claim and may bar you from future drops.
Safety
- Packs are left only with authorized pickup partners who agreed to hold them, during their opening hours.
- Never enter private property, restricted areas, construction sites or anywhere unsafe. Nothing is hidden in those places.
- Don’t disrupt partner businesses or their customers. Ask at the counter and show your code.
- Watch where you’re walking. Don’t use the map while driving.
Location & privacy
Location is used only after you allow it. Range checks send one reading at a time; we store the computed distance and a coarse (~110 m) position for fraud review, never a continuous history. Your wallet and location are never shown publicly.
Ordinary phone GPS can be faked. Server checks raise the bar but can’t prove presence on their own, which is why pickup requires a partner to verify your code in person.
When something goes wrong
If a pack is missing, a partner is closed or a location looks wrong, use “Report a problem” on the drop. We pause the drop while we check, and may replace the pack, move it, or reissue the claim.
